Official UK Distributor of Boelube® Cutting Lubricants

Boeing-developed machining lubricants for aerospace, CNC and precision engineering

ATA Engineering is the official UK distributor of Boelube® lubrication systems. Boelube is a technically advanced family of cutting and machining lubricants developed by the Boeing Company. It was designed with the environment in mind and gives superior performance when machining or forming the complex materials used in aerospace, nuclear, automotive and many other manufacturing industries.

Its unique formulation significantly reduces friction and heat, especially under extreme pressure. This extends tool life and improves part quality on CNC machines, drills, saws and hand tools. Boelube is non-toxic and free from sulphur, silicone and halogens.

Key advantages of Boelube

  • Easy removal with solvent or detergent
  • Approved for nuclear exposure
  • Paint and sealant compatible in most cases
  • Does not have to be removed before heat treatment
  • Can be left on the workpiece for subsequent machining or as a corrosion inhibitor
  • Excellent air-line lubricant: eliminates sticking vanes in pneumatic tools
