Creating an account is recommended, but not mandatory. You can check out as a guest, as long as you fill in all the necessary information required. Your order will still be processed and delivered as normal.
However, creating an account comes with several benefits:

No, all payments are processed exclusively in British Pounds (£GBP). Prices displayed on our website reflect this currency, and any conversions from other currencies will be handled by your bank or payment provider at their exchange rate. We recommend checking with your bank for any applicable fees or conversion rates before making a purchase.
Orders will be despatched the same day by courier or Royal Mail 1st Class, for next day delivery (if the item is in stock).
Order must be placed by 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, and before 12pm on Fridays.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
If we are out of stock of some or all items, they will be despatched once we have received supplies, typically, weekly.
Unfortunately, we may be unable to supply customers who have exceeded their credit limit or have overdue invoices.
Unfortunately, you can no longer change your address once the order has been placed. Our deliveries are made within 24 hours of dispatch, so please request a return once your order has arrived. Our team will always be ready to help you with your delivery.
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
At ATA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Any goods purchased online that are found to be faulty will be refunded in full if notified within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days.
Goods must be returned to ATA Engineering Products Ltd; the sender is responsible for the cost of the return.
