TSM-22 Pocket Cutter
The TSM-22 clamps the stock, routs a 6 degree, low-angle pocket, and drills a pilot hole – all with a tap of the foot pedal – in a cycle time of just 1.5 to 2 seconds. Known for creating Castle’s pioneering, 6 degree, low-angle pocket, the TSM-20 series has a well-earned reputation for unsurpassed durability, ease of operation, and low maintenance.
The TSM-22 is the latest model in Castle’s vaunted TSM-20 series, the most widely used, and best-selling series of pedal-operated pocket cutting machines ever made. It is a clear favorite among professionals in cabinet making, furniture making, woodworking, and more.
Creating strong, stable joints is fast and easy with the TSM-22. Very little training is required and with a work deck that smoothly lifts, maintenance is hassle-free. TSM-35 Heavy Duty Pocket Cutter
TSM-30 series features heavy duty construction throughout, with easy, top-down access for quick tooling changes. Designed for continuous or multi-shift production in a broad variety of woodworking manufacturing environments, and PLC controlled for better performance and easier troubleshooting.
Powerful and extremely durable induction motors drive the pocket cutting spindle and all models use a high-torque, heavy-duty air motor – specifically designed for Castle – to drive the pilot bit. Both operations – pocket cutting and pilot hole drilling – are completed in a single cycle.
Adjustable indexing stops are built into the top for quick part transitions during high production shifts. A favourite among cabinet, furniture, mobile home, RV manufacturers and more, these premier woodworking shop tools can produce more than a quarter million pockets per month for years on end with minimal maintenance.
